​Regulations and the bureaucracies that follow are vitally essential services.  The government’s monopoly on these services concentrates power, stifles innovation, promotes corruption, and allows incompetence to persist.  This unique idea allows about twelve Competitive Regulatory Agencies to compete for the business of the service of regulations, governance, and representation.  Individual consumers seeking higher standards, and informed by ratings, would lead to improved standards.  The competition to sell CRA services will significantly reduce ineffective regulations, thus increase economic activity.
